Yom Kippur
For Jewish people early autumn is the time of a series of high and holy days – Rosh Hashanah (New Year), Yom Kippur (Day of Atonement) and Succot (Feast of Tabernacles). But the highest and holiest day is Yom Kippur. The presentation following looks at Yom Kippur in its Old Testament setting, and how it points to Jesus as the one who made the real atonement for our sin – an atonement that brings us forgiveness and salvation.
