Easter at KEC
Why do you seek the living among the dead? He is not here but is Risen! (Luke 24:5-6)
The Bible tells us that Jesus lived, suffered on a cross, died was buried in a tomb, and rose again from the dead. But did He really rise from the dead? If He rose from the dead then He has done what no mere human being could ever do. If He did, then it makes absolute sense to trust and follow Him.
The wonderful fact of Easter announces that Jesus is risen! The greatest event in human history is that Jesus conquered the grave and defeated death. The world’s best news comes from a graveyard. You can visit the graves and mausoleums of world leaders and even religious leaders, but Jesus’ tomb is empty. Jesus is the living Lord and Saviour you need to trust in because only He can bring you to know God in a personal way, grant you forgiveness of sins, and take you through life and death into eternity with Him.
Why not join us for one of our Easter Services as we consider the reasons why our Saviour the Lord Jesus Christ had to die and then rejoice with us as we celebrate His glorious resurrection?
